What: Hike for SHELTER is a one day hiking event on Mount Diablo to raise money and awareness to end homelessness in Contra Costa County. Every year, this hike  delivers a fun experience for all ages and fitness levels who unite for one day under a common desire to make a difference in their community. Participants can choose from three course options starting at Macedo Ranch and ending with lunch.

Where: All hikers should park and check in at Monte Vista High School located at 3131 Stone Valley Rd in Danville. At check-in you'll receive your hiker bib and a trail map. Shuttles will then transport you from the high school to Macedo Ranch Staging Area.
